ABOUT THE PROGRAM'S STRUCTURE
All events will be video-recorded, and replay recordings will be available for next-day review.
Bonus meetings & MBSR sessions are 90 minutes duration.
Bonus Meetings
The 2 Bonus meetings prepare you for the 10 MBSR practice sessions which begin April 3. Bonus meetings give you useful MBSR theory, and they explain how to get the most from your daily practice.
The bonus meetings also give you extra time to get to know other group members. Experienced teachers will tell you that MBSR is best taught in a group. The presence of everyone else is valuable for your own MBSR experience!
MBSR Sessions
For 5 weeks, MBSR sessions alternate on Wednesdays [7pm EDT/4pmPDT], and on Sundays [12noon EDT/9amPDT].
The first MBSR session is April 3. The final session is May 5. In this way, you're guided in one month of daily mindfulness practice.
If you participate fully: By the end of the MBSR program, mindfulness will have become a habit you can turn to whenever you choose. Mindful awareness is available to you in everyday life.
You do not have to be good.
